The annual maintenance contract can cover support services, product enhancement or updation.
The maintenance contract ensures that the client gets most required support when and where he needs it. Since we strongly believe in a long term customer relationship, special care is taken to meet the client requirements during the contract period. We regularly conduct site visits on a periodic basis to access customer satisfaction level during the AMC period, and based on the feedback we take appropriate corrective measures.
